You have questions… We have answers.
Why do I only see tickets from Chelan to Stehekin? What about Fields Pt and Holden Village?
While booking online, I only see an option to book Chelan to Stehekin. What if I’m boarding at Fields Pt and getting off at Lucerne for Holden Village?
You would book a ticket for the full boat route uplake or downlake. Once you have added the Boat and full route (Chelan – Stehekin) to your cart it will ask –Where are you boarding the boat? And–Where would you like to be dropped off?. There will be drop downs to choose from. This will then show in your confirmation details and we will see those requests on our manifest. Prices are all one-way rates and do not change depending on board or departure.
If you would like to take the boat uplake from Lucerne/Holden Village and continue uplake to Stehekin. It is an additional hopper ticket at $10. Call the office to book 509-682-4584
Round Trip Tickets?
How do I book roundtrip if I am traveling up and back on different days?
We have changed over to all one-way rates, so you would just book a one-way for each day needed. The only discount for booking roundtrip is booking up and back on the Lady Express. Purchase your uplake tickets, wait to get your email confirmation it contains the discount code. Then go book the return (downlake) trip. You put the code in right before you enter your boarding location and destination, so before you put the tickets into the cart.
Do I have to make reservations or book in advance?
Yes! To guarantee passage you must purchase tickets IN ADVANCE. Reserving tickets is the only way to guarantee passage on the boats. Also allows us to update you if there are any changes to boat schedules.
You can book your tickets online at any time on our website or call 509-682-4584. We accept Credit and Debit cards in office and aboard all vessels.
